Description

Mondays we will be focusing on a total body burn by incorporating strength training and cardio. We will be working in blocks of work from 2-3 exercises per block with a range from 4-5 blocks. Each exercise we will go for time or reps and repeat. Everything will be explained before we begin.

dumbbells (light, medium, heavy), mat, water, towel, resistance bands
