Moxie means having fighting spirit. This class will give your just that!! It is a total body, heart pumping, and strength conditioning workout. This workout will help tone your body, improve your endurance, and clear your mind before you begin your week!

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
