Today’s “Beginners Tai Chi “ class is proud to donate its proceeds to the Action Aid India fund. Tai Chi is a gentle, slow form of martial arts that is often considered to be “moving mediation”. Today we shall explore fundamental Tai Chi movement , ending in soothing QiGong . No equipment necessary. All movements can be done seated.

Equipment Required

Bring a stool or chair with no arms to practice the form "arm work".
