Tai Chi is a gentle, slow form of martial arts that is often considered to be “moving mediation”. Recent research has proven Tai Chi can improve balance, bone strength, and improve memory. We shall go through Tai chi warmups, basic Tai Chi movements , and end with relaxing QiGong to calm both the mind and the body. No equipment necessary. All movements can be done seated.
