Beginning with a brief warm up, we will dive directly into upper and lower body strength training utilizing free weights and body weight in multiple sets of 8. Exercises will vary within sets, and many can be performed seated. The majority of the exercises will compliment the strength training in Chair Challenge class. Free weights recommended but not required. Mid level difficulty class
