Description

People of all levels can participate in this fun seated and standing strength and stretch class. Simple full body warm up followed by upper and lower body strength covering all of the major muscle groups. Add to the mix balance movements and end with a relaxing full body stretch. Many movements will be stabilized by the use of the chair, or simply performed seated. No movements on the floor! Free weights and exercise band recommended but not required. All levels
