Description

*Please register within 12 hours of class time* This practice will begin by gently waking up the spine and joints, followed by a moderately-paced vinyasa sequence. We'll end with pranayama and silent savasana. Please reach out to me if you need any adaptations for this practice. I offer many variations, however I can tailor the practice to you with a bit more information!
