Awaken your body and mind by building a slow flow to start your day. We begin with pranayama and meditation that transitions us into movement to move into the day with ease. Students will need a mat and may want a yoga strap, meditation cushion or yoga bolster, and yoga block.

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
