Start off the Week with Intention by affirming self through a vinyasa flow with R&B & jazz. Equipment Needed: yoga mat & towel. Mexican blanket & blocks are optional Through Sophia's journey as an athlete, Certified Personal Trainer, Bodybuilder, and Yoga Instructor, she has learned the importance of exercising the body and mind, as strength is a result of consistent movement in both. My mission is to create spaces that allow people to feel comfortable exercising their body and mind through journaling, meditation, breath work, yoga, and plyometrics.
