Join me for a half hour meditation to de-stress, quiet the mind, still the body, cultivate a peaceful presence, and bring the body back to a state of homeostasis and equanimity. You may want to recline with a bolster behind the back or legs and a blanket roll to support the head. Or you may stay seated on a bolster or meditation cushion. Make sure you feel comfortable and supported, in a position where you don't feel the need to move or make adjustments. Make sure you feel warm as well, so you may want a blanket over you. An eye pillow over the eyes can help deepen your relaxation.
