This classes is designed for new mommies! Whether you are just beginning your mommy journey or have given birth. This strength class is designed to help you stay in shape and tone.I will message you prior to the class to see if you will need prenatal or postnatal workouts. I'll also make modifications for mommy's throughout the class.
