Description

This is a Hatha Yoga based class. The class includes stretches, poses, breathing exercises and relaxation. The poses have their foundation in correct alignment and structure to bring you the most benefits. The practice is suitable for newcomer and more advanced practitioner as I give different variation for each pose for you find the right place between effort and release.
