Yin Yoga is a wonderful practice for stretching/releasing the body and relaxing the mind. All postures are seated or laying down and each posture is held for up to 3 minutes. This is a fantastic way to let any negativity fall away as you focus on deep breathing and finding meditative space in the present moment. This class is for all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities and is taught in a way that gives options and variations for each posture so you can get in tune with your own unique movement mechanics! Props are strongly encouraged.
