A traditional yoga-style movement class with variations and options given for each posture - allowing for each individual to do what feels best for their unique body mechanics - No Judgement. Focus on postures standing and seated as well as laying on the front and back body. Connecting mind, body, movement and breath through slowly flowing from on posture to the next. This class is for people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities. Props such as blocks, blanket/towel and wall or chair are always encouraged!
