If your body is craving gentle movement and your mind is looking to relax and destress, come give this class a try! This class will incorporate 30 minutes of a slower paced vinyasa flow and we’ll end with 15 minutes of restorative yoga poses, inviting a cooling meditative balance to our asana practice. Restorative yoga is essential when feeling overwhelmed, treating trauma and/or stress, and for anyone living with anxiety and depression - including seasonal depression. Props are not required, but they add another dimension to our practice that can be beneficial to explore. We’ll use props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, paper towel rolls, towels, whatever you have available.
