Take a break from your busy day with Midday Yoga. Take 45 minutes to flow through a thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa yoga class designed to unwind your body and still your mind. Each class begins with breath followed by moves to mobilize your joints from sitting, fluid movements synchronized with breath, and sedating stretches. Finish up with intentional rest to restore your energy. You'll transition back to your day with more focus to finish that project with efficiency and ease.
