Mid Day Movement is a steady but faster paced asana class. We always begin with centering. Then, we creatively explore body and breath movement leading into challenging, yet, calming asana. Class ends with rest. Feel invigorated and ready for the rest of your day! Props you may need during class: mat (sub: rug, towel), blocks (sub: heavy books and/or sturdy shoe box), bolster (sub: pillows), folded blanket
