Be Strong As a Mother and Join me for a high energy, full body, low/no impact Barre workout to strengthen your body from the inside out. One of the best aspects of a home workout is that you get to carve out time in your day for YOU, and who better deserves that than Moms? I'm here to support you in your fitness journey, and as a working mom I get the need to commit some time every day for self care!

Equipment Required

Yoga mat, light-medium weights, core ball, resistance band, optional waist-high surface. Note: Don't worry if you don't have all of the props; I will offer modifications and variations for every exercise and you can still get an awesome workout without props! No shoes needed for this class. Check out my Shop page on www.studioairwithjen.com for my top prop recommendations. Each one of these props is inexpensive, easy to store, and will uplevel your workout.

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
