1, 2, 3...RESET! Cardio, strength, balance and flexibility wrapped into a 50 minute full body workout. Instructors will choose a combination of high and low intensity exercises that will help to increase your metabolism, and keep you in a fat burning zone even after your workout. Grab weights, bands, rollers or simply use your own body as a tool for added resistance. Modifications and variations will be given throughout class. All levels welcome.
