This sweet hour is designed to help you relax inside and out by merging slow and restorative flows with mindfulness exercises to create a mellow mind-body experience. We will focus on deep, restorative poses to release tension in your low back and hips. You deserve to feel good in your body! Class will combine simple mindfulness techniques with a gentle, restorative yoga flow to create a mellow mind-body experience. No prior yoga or mindfulness experience required. All you need is your body and your winning personality. Easy enough, right? You will need: - Yoga mat or soft surface to practice on (like a rug) You may also want: - A firm pillow or yoga bolster - A rolled up towel
