These mindful meditations will teach you to pay attention to the things you normally do not notice. Learn to live in the moment. We don’t need to dwell in the past or worry about the future. Be present. Majority of us are running on auto-pilot, missing valuable moments. We effect change only and only in the present moment. Be content and fulfilled with what is here and now. Suitable for all-levels. This class is a flex pay class of $5-$10. Please pay what you can.
