Meditation is where it's at! That's because meditation is exactly what we need at this time in our lives & in the world. Meditation helps to relieve anxiety, depression, alone-ness, hopelessness and any other issue you'd like to name. It's really hard to believe & it does take practice. But practice leads to diluting or dissolving the issues you named. Not everyone resonates with the same practice, so we will explore a medley of kinds of meditations so that you can find ones that work for you. I personally use several types of meditation depending on the situation I find myself in. I don't profess to have all the answers, but I can tell you that meditation changed the way I react to life, which in turn changed my life. Check it out! You'll be glad you did! 🧘 Meditation cushions or blankets are needed to sit on the floor or you can sit in a chair. Classes are by donation so everyone can take a class! Pay what you can or as you would for yoga classes.
