This Meditation class will introduce the fundamentals and how to feel, move and expand the Chi/Vital Energy. Regardless of the type of training you are involved with or if you do nothing at all, regular meditation will bring balance back in your life and help you connect with your inner self and the world around you. Meditation is the Yin energy contrasting the Yang of physical exercise. The proper mix of Yin and Yang is necessary for optimal mental, physical and spiritual health. Subscribers have access to our entire library, so it does not matter where you start. You can always go back and review/learn anything you may have missed.
