When you feel the need to get in touch with your true self, it is time to sit in meditation. In this class we will move through a few minutes of asana to prepare the body, a few minutes of pranayama to prepare the breath, and finally use mantra and mudra to settle into a guided meditation. Theme and focus will vary from week to week. We'll have a few minutes of silent meditation before regrounding.
A yoga mat is helpful but not required. A cushion or chair can be used for sitting.
