A 50 minute Pilates inspired full body workout that incorporates strength training with a focus on core work and moving mindfully. This is a mixed levels mat class and modifications will be offered. Follow me (summertimesundays) on Spotify to listen to my playlists during class. I recommend playing music on a different device than you are streaming class. Props are always optional but may include weights, resistance band, ball, ring or foam roller.

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
