The intention of this practice is to honor our inner light. When you honor your inner light, you are honoring yourself, and this is an act of self love! When we connect with our own capabilities of gratitude, and self-compassion, we can then share these incredible virtues with the world around us. In this practice we will learn "self-salutations." The path of honoring ourselves begins with self-acceptance. Our practice is an invitation to humbly adore the self. Move through your yoga postures with awareness of not who you are on the outside, but who you are and how you want to feel on the inside.
