Get up and move! Use lunch to really nourish your mind and body with movement and guided breath work. Join me every Tuesday and Thursday for Yoga and Pilates fusion with a little guided meditation. Sometimes we will be using light 2 lb - 3 lb weights and the Magic Ring.
