Description

A resistance training class, using dumbbells and body weight to strengthen and define your entire lower body. One minute of work with 20 seconds of rest. 10 exercises/3 rounds. A good warm up and cool down are always part of the 60 minute class.

Equipment Required

All you'll need is a couple of dumbbells in varying weights!
