This Lower Body Strength class is designed to help you build muscle and burn fat. We will work our quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and more. All of which helps you approve your balance, stamina, bone strength, and lowers the risk of knee injuries. ​ Select a date to join a LIVE group session that you can do from the comfort of your own home. No equipment required but I always recommend bring dumbbells to class for a more intense workout. Questions?
