40 minutes of fat burning exercises!! We are going to burn a lot of calories and have fun doing it! We will start with a short warm-up followed by an intense lower body workout. We will do a cool down at the end with some light stretching then a group picture. Exercises can always be changed to suit your needs so please let me know if you need it. Hope to see you in class! Equipment isn't required some of the time but long resistance bands, short resistance bands, a light set of dumbbells, towel, and water bottle would definitely make the workout more fun 😁
