This is a lower body focused class designed to work everything from your waist and below. A variety of Lower Body and core moves are blended to create a solid lower body routine that will get you lean and ripped.To finish your workout there is a big push with a Metcon or AMRAP to help you increase the efficiency of any energy system after your workout and bring your training to the next level. Equipment typically used: Mat, Dumbbells (Light/Moderate/Heavy), bootie band, and a bench or elevated service (but not required).
