This is a fast moving cardio and strength interval class using only bodyweight. All exercises are low impact, no jumping. Plan on a 30 minute full body workout with heavy focus on core throughout the workout! No equipment needed for this low impact, but high energy training. 40 minute class time includes warm up and cool down/stretching.
