Description

This is a fast moving cardio and strength interval class using only bodyweight. All exercises are low impact, no jumping. Plan on a 30 minute full body workout with separate core strengthening session at the end! No equipment needed for this low impact, but high energy training. Class time includes warm up and cool down/stretching.
