This low impact cardio class is designed for those new to cardio, high intensity interval training, looking for low impact options for protection of joints, those who are pregnant, and those looking for some cardio to work at their own intensity. We will keep all exercises low impact but give modifications to raise the intensity. No equipment is needed.
