Beginner Friendly! This will be a blend of cardio and strength training in a circuit style workout. Moves will be low impact, no jumping. You can adjust your speed and intensity to suit your own needs and make this workout your own! Equipment: Exercise mat or comfy floor space, light hand weights (dumbbells). Weights not 100% necessary- can use water bottles, etc. or go without weights and still get a great workout! Class includes warm up, strength training and cardio blended workout, and cool down/stretching.
At least one set of dumbbells or other small equally weighted objects like water bottles or cans. If you have multiple sizes, even better! You choose your weight size depending on your own ability
