Beginner Friendly! This will be a blend of cardio and strength training in a circuit style workout. Moves will be low impact, no jumping. You can adjust your speed and intensity to suit your own needs and make this workout your own! Equipment: Exercise mat or comfy floor space, light hand weights (dumbbells). Weights not 100% necessary- can use water bottles, etc. or go without weights and still get a great workout! Class includes warm up, cardio workout with strength training, and cool down/stretching.
Small dumbbells or other small equally weighted objects like water bottles or cans. Ideally 1-3 lbs for beginners, up to 5 lbs for pros :)
