This is a well rounded, creative movement class incorporating traditional yoga asana, as well as some functional movement in a movement and breath-work class. All levels of experience are welcome, encouraged and supported while adjustments are recommended to intensify or moderate your exertion and comfort. We start and end with stillness, awareness and breath and keep our intentions weaved through the entire class.
A yoga mat, block/brick , towel/blanket and a yoga strap. Substitutions can always be made if you don't have these props handy.
