This alignment based Vinyasa yoga class is perfect for those new to yoga or to those who just want an opportunity to breathe, play and move their bodies in a welcoming enviornment. The best place to start is at the beginning! I’ll guide you with clear and concise cues and offer modifications where needed. Grab two yoga blocks or thick books and your mat.
