Description

All Level Guided Meditation. Adaptable to new and experienced practitioners. Awareness of Space to anchor us in the Present Moment. Will begin with an introduction followed by a Guided Meditation with phrases and space, ending with a re-integration and reflection. Meditation is to be familiar with your Transcended Self which is accessible to everyone. While touching upon factors about the practicality and knowledge of meditation, we will talk about bringing it forth to daily life. This will take an effortless effort. Willingness to relax the body in the Present Moment with eyes closed and maintaining that space as you witness natural fluctuations of the Mind, allowing it to rise and fall on its own, witnessing levels of letting go of your Identity physically, emotionally, mentally realizing you are neither one meaning not being a victim of your own thoughts. Being in this space allows you to map out the future with positive thoughts for positive actions. Be curious of the unknown.
