Does you child need an outlet to get their wiggles out in a purposeful and productive way? Are you looking for mental stimulation for your child? Does your child need help with frustration and/or get overwhelmed easily? Starting for ages 5 and up but could start younger if they have spatial, directionality, and multi-step direction following skills. Our young yogis will learn movement in their body that is purposeful and different breathing and how they can use this to help them.
