Designed for all ages, flexibility levels, & body types, my classes are led in a Trauma-Sensitive & Body-Conscious way to promote positive mind-body-emotion connection, so newbies can totally rock this! 💪🏽Don't pull any punches...join me live online at lunchtime in our virtual gym to raise our heart rates, tone our muscles, work up a sweat, & kick some sass! Or watch a video replay later & channel your eye of the tiger energy at your own convenience. 🐯 Boxing gloves are definitely not required, but can be fun to give you that extra feeling of punch power! Have some water on hand to stay hydrated & wear some comfy clothes & sneakers so you can bob & weave safely! 👟
