High intensity interval training class mixing strength training + cardio with a focus on core work! This workout will have your heart pumpin' and core on fire in the best way possible. All fitness levels are welcome as modifications are provided! Note: Please have some kind of weight ready for class either dumbbell, kettlebell or household items etc!
