Kettlebell HIIT focuses on 3-4 basic and simple kettlebell movements in a HIIT fashion. 20-22 minutes of moderate to high intensity the way you like it to burn calories & torch fat! Beginners should start with a 5lb kettlebell and focus on correct form and technique. Join in warm up room at least 5 mins before class for moves preview, safety directions and questions before we get started, thank you!
