Kettlebell for Fat Loss is a functional and a conditioning based workout for All FITNESS LEVELS. We will be doing beginner to intermediate kettlebell movements that we can get proficient in over time. 20-22 minutes of moderate to high intensity the way you like it to burn calories & torch fat! Beginners should start with a 5lb kettlebell and focus on correct form and technique. Please join warm up room at least 5 mins before class times for safety directions and questions before we get started, thank you!
