Everyone needs to stretch daily and this class will offer you the time to release physical tension. Both standing and seated postures will allow us to find a wide range of movement in the major joints of the body. Beginners will enjoy the slow pace of this class. All skill level students will enjoy this class whether its first thing in the morning or late in the evening. Don't wait to relax and restore!
