Description

IPATH (Integral Postural Alignment Techniques) The IPATH 5 asana sequence will help you release chronic pain and help alleviate tension that settles within the body. This slow restorative practice offers a unique flow of release in the shoulders and back which offers peace and tranquility, to restore and help overall we'll-being. These therapeutics will help with myofasical release and postural alignment. Suitable for all-levels.

Equipment Required

3 yoga blocks, 2 IPATH Compression balls, bolster if you have a tight back
