IPATH® Pilates begins with the Heart Opener and Soft Bridge poses, allowing the body to release and open. You’ll need 2 yoga blocks. After creating space, the method focuses on mastering core strength and stability while on the mat. You’ll learn functional postural integration-learning to properly balance the whole body by isolating the core.
