Welcome to night yin yoga and meditation. Gentle movement that prepares you for a deep and recovering slumber. Meditation to ease and quiet the mind. I have labeled this a meditation class because the yoga movement is so simple, yet impacts and complements the guided breath work. Amazing solfeggio sound and essential oil aromatherapy advisement will be shared prior to class.
