Qigong (“chee gung”) combines relaxed, gentle, movements with breath and awareness to restore balance. This introductory series is designed to nourish and support your qi (energy) during this quiet winter season. This course is offered with recommended flex scale options: • $15/class ( $135 for all nine classes) • $30+/class ($270 for all nine classes , pay for yourself + a Scholarship $135+$135 = $270.) • $5/class ($45 for all nine classes) How much should I pay for a sliding scale course? Sliding scale takes into account your financial situation and circumstances. The middle of the scale ($15) is intended for those with stable incomes and the ability to save. Your ability to support at this rate allows the course to offer sliding scale tuition! Sliding to ($30+) is to pay it forward and help another participant's ability to partake. Sliding to ($5) is intended for students, and others who are getting by but don’t have much extra in their budget. Thank you!
This Qigong practice is primarily standing, so have a enough room to extend your arms fully. You might want a a chair or a cushion nearby, water to sip as needed, and tissues – even gentle qigong can get your fluids moving!
