Description

A gentle mat class - a mix of Pilates, Feldenkrais, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and yoga - all designed to allow for efficient and effective core firing at all joints.

Equipment Required

Yoga mat, Pilates ring, towel roll, thera-band, foam roller. If you are missing a piece, no worries, I have extras available.
